MOTOCROSS: Il grande motocross sta regalando un magnifico inizio di stagione

Maser (Treviso), 25 marzo 2019 - Il grande motocross sta regalando un magnifico inizio di stagione a Sidi e ai suoi campioni. Nel round2 del mondiale andato in scena nel week-end in Gran Bretagna sul circuito di Matterley Basin i campioni Sidi non hanno avuto rivali. Per loro vittoria e tabella rossa, ovvero il simbolo che contraddistingue chi guida la classifica generale.

Partiamo dalla MXGP dove Tony Cairoli (Team Red Bull KTM Factory Racing), dopo il successo nel round1 della stagione in Argentina, ha fatto suo anche il secondo appuntamento del mondiale. Per lui vittoria in gara1 e secondo posto in gara2 con conseguente vittoria del gran premio e soprattutto leadership mondiale consolidata.



Nella MX2 il danese Thomas Kjer Olsen (Rockstar Energy Husqvarna Factory Racing) ha dominato sia gara1 che gara2 balzando così in testa alla classifica iridata di questa categoria. In MX2 l’unica nota negativa per Sidi è stata l’assenza del campione del mondo Jorge Prado che ha dovuto saltare questo secondo round del mondiale per un infortunio alla spalla sinistra patito in allenamento, ma l’augurio è di poterlo rivedere presto di nuovo in pista.



Infine a Matterley Basin ha preso il via anche il Campionato Europeo di motocross e il pilota italiano Alberto Forato (Team Maddi Racing) nella EMX250 ha vinto questo round1 inaugurale mettendo tutti in fila, sia in gara1 che in gara2, andando così al comando anche della classifica generale del campionato. 



Tre grandi successi accompagnati da Sidi. Si perché tutti e tre questi piloti utilizzano gli stivali Sidi Crossfire 3 Srs gli stivali numeri uno dell’offroad, invicibili su ogni terrreno e in ogni situazione, anche le più difficili…a parlare per loro ci sono i risultati.

Maser (Treviso), 25 March, 2019 – Sidi and our champions have been enjoying a magnificent season start on the World motocross scene. In round 2 of the World Series at the Matterley Basin racetrack in Great Britain, Sidi champions knew no rivals. They all scored victories and were assigned the red plate, which is the symbol that identifies the leader of the overall standings in each category. 

Let’s start in the MXGP, with Tony Cairoli (Team Red Bull KTM Factory Racing). After his success in the 1st round of the season in Argentina, he also dominated the second event in the World Series. A victory in race1 and second place in race2 earned him the Grand Prix win and consolidated his leadership in the championship.

In the MX2, Denmark’s Thomas Kjer Olsen (Rockstar Energy Husqvarna Factory Racing) dominated in both race1 and race2, which launched him to the head of the World Championship rankings in this category. The only downside for Sidi in the MX2 was the absence of Jorge Prado, who had to sit out this second round in the World Series due to an injury to his left shoulder, which he sustained during training. However, we are hoping to see him back on the track again soon. 

Finally, the European Motocross Championships also kicked off this weekend from Matterley Basin. In the EMX250 the Italian rider Alberto Forato (Team Maddi Racing) won this opening first round by putting everyone in line, both in race1 and in race2, which puts him in the lead of the Series’ general classification.
