Tony Cairoli (Ktm) ha festeggiato il gran premio numero 222 della sua incredibile carriera. Il numero 222 è il suo numero in gara oltre che essere da sempre uno dei suoi simboli distintivi. Per celebrare questo evento Tony ha ricevuto i regalo un kit speciale con cui correre (una sorpresa messa a punto per lui da team, amici, sponsor il tutto coordinato dalla moglie Jill) contenente anche gli stivali Sidi Crossfire 3 Srs con le leve dorate…



Il numero 222 ha lasciato il segno anche in classifica: nella MXGP Cairoli ha ottenuto il 2° posto in gara1, il 2° posto i gara2 e di conseguenza anche il 2° posto nella classifica finale del gran premio della Lettonia. Nella classifica generale del mondiale Cairoli continua ad occupare la seconda piazza alle spalle dell’olandese Jeffrey Herlings vincitore anche ieri in Lettonia. 



A Kegums a regalare la vittoria ai colori Sidi ci ha pensato la Green Line la nuova generazione di piloti che avanza. Nella MX2 il danese Thomas Kjer Olsen (Husqvarna), 1° in gara1 e 2° in gara2, ha ottenuto il primo successo della stagione. In gara2 vittoria dell’altro giovane talento di Sidi, lo spagnolo Jorge Prado (Ktm) che si conferma anche al secondo posto della classifica del mondiale MX2 alle spalle del leader Paul Jonass. 



Infine sempre guardando ai giovani talenti per Sidi c‘è stata anche la vittoria nella gara EMX250, il campionato europeo motocross; il francese Mathys Boisrame (Honda) ha vinto gara1, si è aggiudicto la classifica del gran premio e ora nella classifica generale del campionato è terzo a soli 8 punti dalla vetta. 



Tanti campioni, tante vittorie, tante speranze ma un denominatore comune: Sidi Crossfire 3 Srs, lo sivale numero uno per il fuoristrada, imbattibile su ogni terreno e con ogni condizione…lo stivale dei campioni. Grazie alle imprese di questi giovani talenti Sidi può guardare con fiducia non solo al presente ma anche al futuro…

Maser (Treviso), 14 May, 2018 – Sidi’s great team of riders stood out as major players on the Kegums racetrack in Latvia, where the World Motocross circus touched down for a stage over the week-end. 



Tony Cairoli (Ktm) celebrated Grand Prix number 222 in his incredible career. 222 also happens to be his race number and it has always been one of his distinctive symbols. To celebrate this event, his wife Jill coordinated with his team, friends and sponsors to put together a special race kit to give to Tony as a surprise. The kit also contained a pair of Sidi Crossfire 3 Srsboots with gilded buckles…



Number 222 also left his mark in the rankings: in the MXGP Cairoli took 2nd place in race1 and 2nd in race2 to end up in 2nd place in the final classification of the Latvian Grand Prix. In the World Series standings Cairoli is still in second place, right behind Holland’s Jeffrey Herlings, who also won in Latvia yesterday. 



At Kegums the new generation of up-and-coming riders representing Sidi’s Green Line brought victory to the Sidi colours. In the MX2 class the Dane Thomas Kjer Olsen (Husqvarna) was 1st in race1 and 2nd in race2, clinching his first success of the season. In race2 victory went to the other young Sidi talent, Spain’s Jorge Prado (Ktm) who has also taken second place in the MX2 World Series standings, hot on the heels of the leader, Paul Jonass. 



Finally, keeping an eye on young talent, Sidi also claimed victory in the EMX 250 race, the European Motocross Championship. France’s Mathys Boisrame (Honda) won race1 and ended up in the lead of the Grand Prix rankings; he now stands at third in the general classification, just 8 points from the top. 



There are so many champions, so many victories, so many hopes, but they all share one common denominator: Crossfire 3 Srs, the number one boot for off road riding, unbeatable on any terrain and in any conditions… the boot of champions. Thanks to the achievements of these young talents Sidi can confidently face the present, but also the future…
